Happy New Year

It’s New Year’s Day and I’m looking back to see what I accomplished in my quilt world for 2013. My project list for the year has 28 finished projects listed. Some of them were quilts I quilted for charity projects, some were small pieces and one was a queen sized quilt. Here is a gallery that includes some of the projects. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to have a picture of all of them! And I suspect is missed adding more than one project to the list. But this is my best estimate!

Altogether I made and quilted or quilted for someone else a total of 16 charity quilts. These were mostly for children in the hospital but I also worked on several Quilts of Valor.

This year had several challenges that competed for time with my quilting so I didn’t finish as many projects as I would have liked. I completed a number of projects on my UFO list, did some things that weren’t even on the UFO list and then added several new items to the list!
