Holiday Cheer Finished

Holiday Cheer

While I haven’t posted anything the last couple of weeks, I have been working on my projects! I finished quilting my Holiday Cheer quilt which is from a kit from The Quilted Fox. It’s all Hoffman Christmas fabrics. I fell in love when I was packaging the kits and had to take one home. (This is why quilt shop employees don’t actually ever make any money!) Here’s a detail of the quilting.

I quilted it with some ribbons in the red berry fabric and holly leaves in most of the other areas. I used a metallic gold design in the light-colored blocks. I’m pretty happy with the results. It will hang at The Quilted Fox for a while since there are still kits to sell.

  1. Marsha, it’s another beauty! I love the overall look, and each block is just lovely, too! The motifs of your quilting are amazing– you always blow me away!
