A small group of the artists and a couple of supportive husbands turned out early on Sunday morning to install the river quilts at the Great Rivers Museum in Alton, IL. Here are some photos from the day. We ironed the panels that hold the quilts. We chatted with visitors and enjoyed the sight of people photographing our quilts. It was all really exciting!

This looks really cool; I’m glad you posted pictures! I think I’ll see if my Mom wants to go with me to see it!
Hi Marsha,
My daughter, Jessica (MQG), and I (T&TQG) really enjoyed seeing the River Exhibit last weekend. The work that went in to each quilt was really inspiring. I was wondering if you have a .doc copy of the handout that we looked at while we were viewing the exhibit. Since I took photos of the quilts, I’d like to review that handout with them again. You did a great job on the installation of the exhibit!
